At BP he started as a process engineer, then managed energy saving projects in refinery operations. At TECHNIP he was the Process Group Leader for Refineries where he managed engineering joint ventures with groups of 40 to 50 engineers
developing refinery projects like the new LEUNA refinery in Germany. At LITWIN he was in charge of Technical Services, including Engineering Services, and then the Managing Director for their affiliate engineering company in Nigeria.
He worked with various clients such as APAVE, PROSERNAT and BEICIP in support of their projects.

multi-national oil and gas companies including Canadian Oil Sands Limited, Africa Oil Corporation, Iskander Energy Inc., Astra Energy Canada, Glencore Ltd., Azabache Energy Inc., TG World Energy, Virgin Resources Limited, Burstall
Winger, RD Watson & Associates, the bankruptcy committee of Enron Corp., and Kattegat Trust. He worked extensively in the Middle East for over 20 years where he was a general counsel for the Government of Dubai. Ronald obtained
his LLB from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg in 1982.
